9月22日，我被司法局叫去律师管理处，单独面谈，司法局的口头要求是：
1、不能异地代理，也就是说，诉讼当事人一方，必须是本地的；
2、不要以律师身份，公开发表言论，接受媒体采访；
3、不要鼓动其他的律师加入；
4、代理的话要经过律所合伙人同意，报当局备案；
我本人的亲身经历，与司法机关下令禁止律师代理的消息有出入。全面禁止律师代理，有确切消息来源吗？

这是一种违宪行为，不过今年年初乌鲁木齐市德汇大厦发生大火，司法行政机关也曾下令不准律师介入。虽然行政机关违宪行为太多，由于行政机关做出的是抽象行政行为，如果起诉，法院会不予受理。
