2008第二届"空腹健身运动"（6）:
12月1日早8点基督徒为艾滋病人为公正价值祈祷

我们只能以人世间最诚挚最完美的感谢，对于所有参与"空腹健身运动"的参与者和支持者。特别是在2008年12月1日早8点，在美国圣地亚哥Free Speech Stepts，一些基督徒朋友将集中要为人类间的生命，人类间的最伟大的爱、慈悲与仁怀，世界各地的艾滋病的灾难及其所受影响的一切世人们，祈祷！
当我们面对着一切的不公正，不平等，权利的扭曲和独裁专断，我们哭了，我们所有因此而承受着沉重代价、委屈和恐惧的人们都哭了。所有的人不能因为这些而引发的疾病而陷入到罪恶的边缘，对于那些走投无路的心灵。而对于更多的人，爱、希望、价值的存在是延续的动力。
2008年12月1日，世界艾滋病日当天，世界各地的艾滋病运动积极分子和支持艾滋病的积极分子将开展为期24小时的"空腹健身运动"。2008年第二届"空腹健身运动"主题：关注中国艾滋病民间组织和积极分子，为筹建"中国民间红丝带奖"捐赠。为此我们将进行为期四个月的募捐行为用来筹集4000美元来实现我们的预期目标。请参与和支持我们的行为。www.HungerStrikeforAIDS.org
我们为募集4000美金而实现我们的目标，截至208年11月16日，已经有57人（已经超过2007年48人参与人数）属于12个国家的积极分子注册参与。募集款项50美元和1100元人民币。
然而作为常坤个人，非常心痛的是，目前只有11名参与者是中国人。
下面为其中一部分的祈祷文（以英文原文为准）：
祈祷艾滋病，祈祷世界
我们走到一起，作为一个联合的群体，我们祈祷为共同的事业。
我们承认这是多么的不容易，我们把我们的重点放在我们自己的和世界的生命，但在这些日子里，我们确定我们的见解超越了自己。
我们团结起来，我们共同祈祷，为这个世界和人民。对于那些生活在疾病和不公正中的人。特别是深陷艾滋病肆虐下的人民。
我们祈祷的艾滋病受害者在世界各地。不仅仅是在中国。
我们默哀为人们的生命，我们已经知道，一切都已成为过去，但在这个时刻，我们还依然在关心，全世界各地的祈祷者都在为之表示默哀。
在这方面，我们承认，我们是同一的群体，同一的心，同一的灵魂，这样的成效远远大于我们所有的个人。
我们的理解是：艾滋病没有任何关于性别、种族、社会地位的歧视，也没有上帝的歧视，我们在为之祈祷。
因此，我们要求正义、爱，要求救助那些已经深陷艾滋病以及所有受到影响的人们，不管是母亲或子女，配偶或伴侣，朋友或敌人，
我们呼唤所有的人，因为我们知道，所有一切都能在你的心里找到一个价值的所在，上帝啊！
我们其中一部分同伴们在"空腹健身运动"为募集4000美金而实现我们为推动建立"中国民间红丝带奖"的目标。请参与和支持我们的行为。
在这个朴素的祈祷，我们联合在一起；在这真挚的祈祷，我们向您请愿我们的上帝啊。

A Prayer for AIDS, A Prayer for the World
We come together as a united people raising our prayers for a common cause.
We acknowledge how easy it isn't for us to turn our focus on our own lives and own world, but in these days to come we set our eyes beyond ourselves.
We unite in a common prayer for the world and for people. For those who are living in sickness and injustice. In particular, the people who deep under AIDS epidemic.
We pray for the victims of AIDS all around the world. Not only in China.
We make moments of silence for the lives of those we have known that have passed on and in those moments we also lift our thoughts and prayers for the lives of those around the world who have no one to mourn for them.
In this we acknowledge that we are one people, of one heart, and of one soul sharing in a reality that is far bigger than us as individuals.
We understand that as AIDS does not discriminate against gender, race, or social status neither does the God that we lift our prayers to.
So in that we ask for justice, for love, for healing to be poured out over the lives of all who have fallen victim to the affects of AIDS; whether mother or child, spouse or partner, friend or foe.
we cry out for all because we know that all find a place of value in your heart O God.
Part and parcel of our companions "Hunger Strike for AIDS"for 24 hours for fund-raising 4000.OO USD for driving to set up the "China Non-governmental Red Ribbon Award ". Please support and participate in this effort with us.
In this simple prayer we join together and in this simple prayer we petition to you O God.
