上次有人在China AIDS Group 发文章表达了对中国全球基金项目和CDC掌控的其他项目的不满，并询问如何进行抗议和表达说法，这个事情就一直惦记在我心上，我曾经看过一篇文章，关于如何去做的，时间太久了，我记不住了名字，甚至里面的一些便于检索的关键词也记不住了，我至少询问几十个人关于这个文章，都没有得到答案，害得我茶不思饭不想，平白的竟然促使我减少了去健身的次数（冥思瘦了，就不用去健身不胖）

吉恩•夏普（Gene Sharp， 1928年1月21日－）是美国的一位政治学和社会学学者，以对权力和非暴力运动的著述著名。

他于1964年在牛津大学获得博士学位，之后在马萨诸塞大学达特茅斯分院任教授。1983年他创立了非营利机构阿尔伯特•爱因斯坦研究所（Albert Einstein Institution），目的是研究和宣传用非暴力手段推进民主过程。
