AIDS preventing connects with economical development, social harmony, safety of the country and the rise and fall of the nation, which is a long-term challenge. Chinese people have paid a lot of consideration and arduous effort on it. Until sep. 30th 2008, it is reported that there were 264,302 AIDS cases in China, including 77,753 patients and 34,864 dead. The government proposed to control the number of HIV infected people within 1.5 million in 2010. It is declared in《Regulations on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control》 that "Multi-sectoral cooperation responsibilities with strong societal participation, strengthening education and behavioral interventions together with providing care and support services", and "Mass-media, including radio, television, press and internet, shall provide non-commercial communication on AIDS prevention and treatment".
On December 20, 2008, when I tried to visit my AIDS Blog "Devote my life to the AIDS prevention and care work" at SINA.COM (http://www.blog.sina.cn/changkun) (Now, please visit www.changkun.org ). The blog address page showed "Sorry, the blog address that you are visiting doesn't exist!". My AIDS blog at SINA.com was set up on November 2006. It has two years worth, , almost 500 articles about AIDS and China Human Rights, especially about the delegate election for the CCM (Country Coordinating Mechanisms) of the China Global Fund AIDS Program (CGFAIDS). The early articles include articles about that Xinjiang Snow lotus AIDS Institute was banned by the Department of Supervision of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2006-2007 in China and that Chang-Kun was expelled by Xinjiang Normal University since he was the coordinator of the AIDS NGO.
As a bolg registered users and writer of SINA.com, I thanks SINA.com gave me a free web space as my battlefield for educating AIDS prevention for a long time. However, today, SINA.COM preferred to go against of AIDS prevention education for some non-conscientious firms. That is lack of consciousness of social morality; that is opposition of people maintaining their health; that is the behavior against human rights.
SINA.com unexpectedly ignored the effort and hardship of the works about AIDS prevention in China, ignored the advocating and involvement for the AIDS prevention by government, and ignored the basic social morality of a company. SINA.com did not support the work about AIDS prevention, and even did as a powerful counterforce for the AIDS prevention - deleted the educational materials of AIDS.
As a listed company, SINA.com introduced itself as "the most respected China enterprise" and "over 280 million registered users all over the world, 900 million page views a day, the most widely admired internet band in Chinese community all over the world". It should take more responsibility on social morality, education on protecting civil health and human rights.
For what, SINA.com paid no attention on social morality to delete the article about AIDS prevention, even the whole blog? That not only broke the effort we had done on AIDS prevention, but also violated rights of free speeches. And there were lots of the similar examples.
It is clearly said in Universal Declaration of Human Rights that "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
We would like to ask SINA.com to pay attention on the mistake and correct it, and show my article strive of whole life on AIDS prevention on the blog again, and follow the regulation and policy advocacy by government to take the social morality on protecting civil health of our nation.
Please don't be a non-conscientious firm! Please support the advocacy and education on AIDS prevention and human rights!
无良企业新浪删博客，反艾滋病宣传，反人权！

艾滋病防治关系经济发展、社会稳定、国家安全和民族兴衰，是一项长期、艰巨的任务。我们中国人民为此付出了沉痛的代价和艰辛不绝的努力！截至2008年9月30日，中国累计报告艾滋病病例264302例，其中艾滋病病人77753例；报告死亡34864例。我国政府计划在2010年将艾滋病感染者人数控制在150万以内。国家在法律《艾滋病防治条例》中明确"全社会共同参与的机制，加强宣传教育"，也要求"广播、电视、报刊、互联网等新闻媒体应当开展艾滋病防治的公益宣传。"
2008年12月20日，我在新浪"为艾滋病防治努力一生"博客http://blog.sina.com.cn/changkun 访问的时候显示"对不起，你访问的博客地址不存在。"该博客建立于2006年11月初，至其无法访问时已有2个年头，包含我的将近500篇艾滋病文章和生活随笔。比如我两年来对于中国艾滋病防治工作，特别是中国艾滋病人权状况和中国全球基金项目CCM代表选举的参与文章。在前期还包含大量新疆民政厅取得新疆雪莲花艾滋病教研项目组织和新疆师范大学开除常坤学籍的记述性和支持文章。
作为新浪企业（SINA.com,下同）博客的注册用户，我感谢新浪长期以来给我提供免费的网络空间作为我艾滋病宣传教育的战场。但是，如今新浪却甘愿成为无良企业反艾滋病宣传教育，这是一种严重的社会责任缺失，这是对人类维护健康生命的反对，这是反人权的行为！
作为一个记录中国艾滋病发展和防治工作，新浪企业竟然罔顾艾滋病工作的艰难和无奈，罔顾国家政府对艾滋病防治工作的倡导和投入，罔顾作为一个企业最基本的社会责任，不仅仅不支持，还充分发挥其控制力进一步扼杀抗击艾滋病的力量----删除艾滋病宣传教育资料！
新浪企业作为一家上市公司，按其网站介绍是什么"中国最受尊敬企业"称号"在全球范围内的注册用户超过2.8亿，日浏览量超过9亿次，是中国及全球华人社群中最受推崇的互联网品牌。"理应当承担起更多的社会责任，在保护人民健康的宣传教育和基本人权等方面承担更突出的责任！
是什么，让新浪企业变得无良，一次次的肆意删除艾滋病宣传记录的文章，甚至还把整个博客全部删除，不仅仅破坏了我们艾滋病防治工作，还侵犯我们的言论自由。如此的例子更是举不胜举！
《世界人权宣言》明确表示"人人有权享有主张和发表意见的自由;此项权利包括持有主张而不受干涉的自由,和通过任何媒介和不论国界寻求、接受和传递消息和思想的自由。"
我们希望新浪企业能够清晰的意识到自己所犯的错误，积极纠正错误，恢复我的"为艾滋病防治努力一生"博客，响应国家的法律和政策倡导，为维护我国民健康承担起正确的社会责任！
不要成为无良企业！支持艾滋病宣传，支持基本人权！
