The course will be conducted in parallel to the 44th sessions of the Committee against Torture (CAT), the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) and the 8th session of the UPR.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend the sessions of CAT, CESCR and the UPR, meet with Committee members, other UN officials, diplomats and representatives of relevant international, regional and national non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
